Do you find that the holidays are so hard to eat healthy and stay on the fitness track you have decided on? Well even if I am the only one, I need to share with you this amazing invention I have created. I wanted a treat of potato chips, but also wanted to stay healthy, this was a CONUNDRUM, So I ate an avocado, was good, but also did not suffice the want for chips. So, I drank water, super refreshing but still did not quench the craving. So tried a piece of 80% dark chocolate, was oh so yummm, still did not satisfy the craving. So, what did I do, I got a tiny bowl of salt and vinegar chips, and a cucumber, thinking I will be healthy too hahahahaha.
Well let me tell you this, when you take a bite of the cucumber and eat a chip at the same time, think that is gross? Well, it was NOT!! It was AMAZING! It tasted just like a dill pickle. Was the perfect combination. It was like a freshly canned dill pickle with no work involved.
Go ahead and try it! You won’t be disappointed!
